STEPS TO TREADMILL HAPPINESS

1 Unplug treadmill
and apply one packet of lubricant to foam on one side
of applicator wand.

2 Insert wand
between belt and board, lubricating side facing down
and slide back and forth.

3 Remove wand
and replace it into the plastic sleeve to retain moisture.
