PULLEYS: Fiberglass reinforced nylon pulleys with V-grooved channels and precision ground, sealed ball bearings.

Instructional Placecard are included with every machine to provide step-by-step instructions, illustrations of proper positioning and use, as well as anatomical drawings of the muscle groups involved. Placecards are clearly written and large for easy readability.
