2. How do you calculate shipping?
 
Need2BFit.com shipping charges are based on the weight of the items, the geographical location of the destination, the shipping location(origin)and the method of transportation
. Generally, freight tables are used as published by UPS(generally 100lbs or less) and national common carriers(orders over 100lbs). International orders, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders require special freight calculations and are handled on a case by case basis.
 
3. What if a product is sold out?
 
At Need2BFit.com, we are making a committed effort to make sure that only available products can be added to your basket. Nevertheless, some products become unavailable after your order has been placed. When this happens, you will be notified via e-mail that your product is on backorder. Therefore, it is important that you include a valid e-mail when ordering.
 
4. What is a back-order?
 
Occasionally, there are some products that are not currently available, but will be in stock at a later date. A back-ordered product might be available in a few days or several weeks.
